I am so pleased to have read the second book in the Unofficial Legends of the Secret World, London Underground. As Blodwedd reveals the details of her adventures in London awaiting Templar initiation, several of her decisions threaten to jeopardize that goal as she struggles to achieve a balance between expected Templar behavior and her own self-expression. Not only is there plenty of action to keep the story moving, but also Blodwedd presents a development of the characters and plot with more that sufficient depth and richness to keep it interesting. Moreover, her descriptions of the content, appearance, and backstory of the Secret World itself provide its own appeal. Overall, the story is intriguing, engaging, and sometimes even funny. But the real question is: Will Blodwedd be initiated into the Templar tradition and what will it take to get there? Read London Underground to find out! I myself already know. I just hope for more books to discover what happens next.

What a great, fast paced read! Loving every minute of it! Prime original would have a ton of fun making these into a series!
I have read both of the Unofficial Legends of the Secret World books, and this one is right up my alley. It ticks all the boxes Interesting characters with a bit of mystery? Love! Occult societies and references? Tons! Sword-fighting, action, and magic? Absolutely! Historical, colorful locations? It's like I'm there! If you, like me, enjoy these things you will love the book (and I don't even play the Secret World game!).
